Synaptics is looking for a Staff Program Manager, Culture & Engagement to join our dynamic and growing organization. The Culture & Employee Engagement Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, well-being, and professional growth. You will use your experience and creativity to partner across the People team, Employee Resource Groups, and other stakeholders to implement key programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering a positive work environment. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Employee Experience. 

The typical base pay range for this position is USD $113,000 - $209,600 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. 

Job Duties 

  • Provide insights and recommendations to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet evolving needs for culture initiatives, employee experience and career development
  • Effectively collaborate across the company to further develop the direction, and execution of a global DEIB strategy
  • Design, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in workplace culture and employee engagement, proactively integrating relevant insights to enhance strategies and initiatives
  • Develop project plans with clear deliverables including change management and communication strategies to ensure the successful adoption of programs
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to evaluate and improve program effectiveness
  • Develop engaging global and local internal communications

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of human resources experience including employee engagement, workplace culture initiatives, and program management
  • Experience implementing employee engagement surveys
  • Some experience using data to uncover insights and assess programs
  • Excellent collaboration skills with experience successfully navigating cross-functional partnerships
  • International experience preferred, demonstrated understanding of diverse global regions and cultures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • No travel required
