Synaptics is looking for a Manager, Accounts Payable to join our dynamic and growing organization. You will be responsible for managing Accounts Payable in the Taiwan shared service center and working closely with corporate and regional teams in different counties. This position reports to the Director, Accounting.

Job Duties

• Manage the Accounts Payable function to ensure accurate and timely invoice booking and payment process
• Oversee the end-to-end AP process including daily operations and month end close
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and company policies and procedures
• Suggest process and procedure changes to increase productivity and ensure compliance
• Work with corporate and regional counterparts to provide full AP support
• Train and develop team with domain expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent
• 5+ years of solid accounting experience in MNC with US GAAP
• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
• Big 4 experience a plus
• ERP experience a must (Oracle R12 a plus)
• No travel required
