Overview  
The RF Test Internship is an opportunity to learn and develop your test development and silicon debug skills by working with our Wireless and Edge AI team. Our internship is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and who will be continuing their studies in the fall. 

 

Responsibilities & Competencies 
Job Duties 
  • You will learn how to verify blocks in WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS devices according to datasheet or application specs under various electrical and thermal conditions  
  • You will research, define, and document test requirements after cross-functional discussions with Design, Systems, Firmware, Packaging, Foundry and Product Engineering teams 
  • You will also learn the basics of schematic and PCB layout, and how to design test fixtures for engineering and mass production 
  • This is a great opportunity for anyone planning a career in silicon test development or bench validation, especially if interested in RF or Edge AI technologies 
 
Competencies 
  • Knowledge of common circuit building blocks like filters, PLLs, amplifiers, multiplexers, etc.
  • Well organized with strong attention to detail; proactively ensures work is accurate
  • Self-motivated and aptitude to learn quickly
  • Positive attitude and work ethic; unafraid to ask questions and explore new ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong sense of professionalism 
 
Qualifications (Requirements) 
  • Candidates should be seeking a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering 
  • Able to work independently at times and dedicate a minimum of 20 hours/week 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Taiwan without restriction 
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of your employment and criminal history 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
