Overview 
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Brand, Campaigns, & Sales Enablement to lead integrated marketing campaigns and drive product launches for our cutting-edge semiconductor solutions. This role is critical in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, ensuring maximum market impact, and enabling demand creation in partnership with Sales and BU product marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute measurable, high-impact global go-to-market programs. This position reports to the VP, Corporate Marketing. 
 
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $160,000 - $250,800 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. 
  
 
Responsibilities & Competencies 
Job Duties 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business and growth objectives 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, corporate marketing, and engineering teams to define positioning, messaging, and value proposition 
  • Partner with product marketing to consolidate market research and competitive analysis that informs product-market fit, differentiation strategies, and sales enablement materials 
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, content, events, PR, multimedia, programmatic ads, distribution, etc.) to drive demand generation and brand awareness 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and agencies to optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth 
  • Develop and run a well thought out content marketing plan that include web content, brochures, whitepapers, blogs, case studies, videos, articles, and other thought leadership pieces to support campaigns 
  • Partner with sales teams and distributors to ensure alignment on GTM plans, messaging, and lead conversion strategies 
  • Develop sales enablement tools, including presentations, playbooks, and battle cards to support the sales process 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on ROI 
  • Work closely with the Corporate Marketing events team to understand event strategy and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and industry conferences, and ensure they are meaningfully incorporated into GTM plans 
  • Manage relationships with key industry analysts, partners, and media to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership

  • Able to synthesize and report complex matters simply for senior and executive management to grasp quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication that is clear, concise, and compelling 
 
Qualifications (Requirements) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent 
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, GTM strategy, or campaign management, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or B2B high-tech industry, including 4+ years leading teams 
  • Proven ability to drive successful product launches and marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business impact 
  • Track record of managing high-pressure situations and providing strategic guidance
  • Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) 
  • Deep storytelling, communication, and content development experience 
  • Strong experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement 
  • Minimal travel up to 10% required
